Caitlin Burkhead leads operations at Ideas United where she focuses on connecting people, processes, and tools. She has worked in operations for about a decade, specializing in system implementation, administration, technical support, and process standardization.
Though her work seems very “left-brained” on paper, she also has a deep-rooted passion for creative fields. Getting involved with her high school’s tv station allowed her to experience video editing for the first time, which led her to Georgia State University where she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Film/Video. Her affinity for creativity coupled with her expertise in organization has allowed her to form a unique perspective that she applies in both professional and personal settings.
Outside of work, you can find her with a bowl of popcorn watching movies with her husband and cat.
