Caitlin Sweeney is Sr. Director of Customer Success at CreatorIQ where she leads the global client facing team for CreatorIQ and Tribe Dynamics, a CreatorIQ company. As an creator marketing cloud solution for Enterprise companies, she works with some of the largest agencies, publishers, and brands with the likes of Disney, AB InBev, Calvin Klein, WPP, and Airbnb.
Caitlin has 14+ years in the technology space and began her career in digital media before moving into the world of new media technology. Caitlin manages a team of customer success leads that partner closely with their clients to execute and measure the value of their influencer and brand advocacy programs. Caitlin joined CIQ to expand processes and structure globally so the team can enable, evangelize and consult with existing clients on strategies.
Prior to CreatorIQ, Caitlin worked to build and grow strategic customer experience functions within the ad-tech and mar-tech space.
