With over a decade of experience in project management, I have come to learn that I love rules and have a real passion for process. One of my favorite sayings is “Give me the rules, so I can play the game”. I find joy in the details and developing strong business practices that encourage teamwork, transparency, and aid in a positive culture. I pride myself in the fact that I care deeply about my team and providing a safe and welcoming space for my teammates to live their true authentic selves.
As Director of Operations at Signal Technologies, an Automotive Technology start-up that is revolutionizing the wholesale vehicle market, I oversee the day-to-day Operations of our wholesale export division, as well as our U.S. registered import company, Pacific imports LLC. I live in beautiful White Rock, British Columbia with my daughter, dog, and 2 cats. Outside of work, I love to be in nature, and because I live so close to the Ocean, you can often find me walking my dog at one of our amazing local beaches or parks.
