Born in Taiwan, raised in Ecuador, and living in the United States for the last 25 years, Mei has had the pleasure to start her career in tech startups back in 2008. Mei has held client-facing roles such as Client Services, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, Business Operations, and now Implementation and Onboarding.
Building processes and efficiencies across organizations is her strong suit and she has a natural curiosity for problem solving.
Mei loves working in roles where she can contribute to product/feature building, user experience, API workflows, and troubleshooting in general.
Mei currently resides in San Francisco with her husband and their senior dog.
