Shawn has been in the transportation industry for over 20 years. She has worked her way up from warranty clerk, and support agent, to Sr. Director. Shawn also has experience in the business development side of the house.
Shawn has lived in all four corners of the United States and considers herself a “later in life learner”, completing her MBA in International Business summer 2022. Shawn found this was a good fit for her since she currently manages an international team of Customer Success Managers, and loves to travel.
