Amy joined Riviera Partners as the Director of People & Culture, the first hire directly responsible for building out a comprehensive people & culture strategy that combines core HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, recognition, and overall employee experience for a hybrid workforce. With a passion for building and enabling teams to achieve their full potential, it was a natural shift for Amy to step into the Director of Recruiting role at Riviera Partners, focused on hiring the best talent for the firm across all offices and departments.
In her free time Amy enjoys beach days with her husband and two dogs, getting lost in a book, exploring new hiking trails, and challenging herself in heated Pilates classes.
