Jacquie is a Managing Director and leads Elevate’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and a DEI consulting offering to law departments and law firms. She has over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry and is a subject-matter expert in DEI, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, and people development.
Jacquie spent ten years as a litigator in an Am Law 200 law firm, and thereafter developed additional expertise in DEI and all aspects of talent, staffing, and resourcing. She acts as a trusted partner working with Elevate executives and customers and is dedicated to creating more data-driven solutions to help advance diversity, equity and inclusion.
