CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER
Max Powers is a 20+year technology veteran, with proven expertise in building Customer Success, Service Delivery and Business Operations organizations for start-up and mid-size SaaS companies. Max currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer for CreatorIQ, a leading SaaS influencer marketing platform, servicing the largest brands and agencies around the globe. There, Max is responsible for the Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation, Strategic Services & Product Support teams. Prior to CreatorIQ, Max served for seven years as the SVP, Business Operations at TeleSign, a CPaaS provider, acquired by BICS in October 2017. At TeleSign, she was responsible for Customer Account Management and Telco Service Delivery, running the day-to-day operations of the $100M business. Max joined TeleSign from Vantage Media where she built the Account Management & Service Delivery team, before taking responsibility as General Manager of the Education Services division ($80M). Prior to joining Vantage Media, Max ran the Client Engagement team for Microsoft’s Exchange Hosted Services, joining Microsoft through acquisition of FrontBridge Technologies in 2005.
Max is a proud 4-year full scholarship athlete from the University of Kentucky. In 2019, she became yoga teacher certified and hosts weekend wellness retreats focused on helping women recover from life & work burnout. She also is an active mentor and coach to women in business.
