Sandy has been at Riviera Partners for over a decade and has contributed to the firm’s evolution in almost every facet of the business – from running internal ops to being the 1st product manager leading the effort to launch Riviera’s proprietary AI platform to leading executive searches in engineering and product for companies like DoorDash, Stripe, Roblox, etc. Today, she is a Senior Partner and co-leads the firm’s Mid to Late-Stage Venture-Backed practice alongside co-founder, Ali Behnam.
Before joining Riviera, Sandy worked in the HR and Recruiting space at WageWorks, Ajilon, and Robert Half International.
