SENIOR MANAGER OF PEOPLE OPERATIONS

Starr is the Senior Manager of People Operations at Fulcrum, and is solely responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement and happiness, diversity and inclusion, performance management, benefits and recognition. Previously she was an Executive Recruiter and Branch Operations Manager for a Technology Recruiting firm. Starr earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Florida.
When Starr is not in the office, she finds herself heavily involved in her two son’s baseball aspirations and serves as an Assistant Baseball Coach and Communications Liaison on the Board of Director’s for Greater Dunedin Little League.
