As the Associate Director, GlobalTalent Acquisition & Initiatives, Teresa manages a dynamic team at Zafin, focused on finding, engaging and retaining top talent worldwide to help deliver cutting edge products to the world’s largest banks.
In her role she focuses strategically on attracting and retaining international talent and on ramping up hiring efforts in new locations to fulfill specific business needs. Her expertise is in finding talent that is the right fit (candidates with positive personalities and potential) coupled with the right skill set.
Teresa believes the most important aspects are to ensure the candidates experience is exceptional and that the most qualified talent is hired without compromising speed and efficiency of the process.
